1Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using any part of the MGW33 platform at mgw33.app, you hereby agree to be fully bound by the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. This acceptance is unconditional and without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are required to stop using the MGW33 platform immediately. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Guide MGW33, all of which together form the entire agreement between you and the MGW33 platform.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the mgw33 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration.

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of MGW33 staff.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the mgw33 platform. Multiple account registrations — whether using different names, emails, phone numbers, or payment details — are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any existing balances.

MGW33 reserves the right to reject any registration application without providing a reason. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Providing false information is a serious violation that may result in immediate account closure.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

As a platform that operates with full responsibility, MGW33 conducts an identity verification process (Know Your Customer / KYC) for all members. This process is part of our commitment to security and legal compliance.

MGW33 reserves the right to request verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad) or valid passport
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement) dated within the last three months
• Bank statement or proof of ownership of the payment method used
• Selfie with identity document if required

Until the KYC process is completed, MGW33 reserves the right to restrict certain functions in your account, including withdrawal limits. All submitted documents are handled confidentially and securely in accordance with MGW33's Privacy Policy.

4Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

Regarding deposits:

• The minimum deposit is MYR 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly upon confirmation by the payment provider.
• MGW33 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges.
• Deposited funds may only be used for gaming purposes on the MGW33 platform.

Regarding withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is MYR 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method or under the same name as your MGW33 account.
• Withdrawal processing time is within one hour for regular members and faster for VIP members, subject to completed KYC verification.
• MGW33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed certain limits.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is any suspected fraudulent activity or breach of terms.

5Bonus and Promotions Policy

General terms applicable to all MGW33 bonuses:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement (wagering requirement) that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• The welcome bonus is only eligible to be claimed once per new member.

• MGW33 reserves the right to void any bonus suspected of being obtained through abuse or misuse.

Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: systematic low-risk wagering to meet rollover requirements, use of automated software, and collusion between multiple accounts to manipulate promotional terms. All such actions will result in account closure.

6Game Rules

All games available on the MGW33 platform — including slots, live casino, bingo, and sports betting — are operated in accordance with the specific rules established for each game. Members are required to understand the rules of each game before playing.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified, independently audited Random Number Generator (RNG), ensuring fairness in every game.
• In the event of a technical disruption or system failure during gameplay, MGW33 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the member's account.
• Wins recorded in the MGW33 system are final and cannot be disputed unless there is clear evidence of a technical failure.
• MGW33 reserves the right to restrict or prohibit wagering from specific members suspected of using unfair methods.
• Bets placed through automated means, bots, or third-party software are prohibited and will result in account closure.

For Live Casino games, members are also bound by the rules of the relevant live game broadcaster. The dealer's decision is final in all matters relating to live games.

7Prohibited User Conduct

To maintain platform integrity and fairness for all members, mgw33 strictly prohibits the following:

• Collusion between members to manipulate game outcomes or promotional conditions.

• Use of the MGW33 platform for money laundering or financing illegal activities.

8Account Suspension and Closure

MGW33 reserves the right to suspend or close any member account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any Terms and Conditions set out in this document.
• Failure to submit the requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• Suspected activity related to fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities.
• Requests for accounts inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.
• At the member's own request, including through a self-exclusion programme.

Members may also close their own account at any time by contacting the MGW33 customer support team via live chat. Prior to account closure, all bonus-related rollover requirements must be fulfilled, and any remaining balance will be withdrawn according to standard procedures.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, MGW33 reserves the right to withhold any balance associated with suspicious activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

9Data Protection and Privacy

In all circumstances, MGW33's maximum liability to any member shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendment

MGW33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on the platform, unless otherwise stated.

Members will be notified of material amendments via platform notifications or their registered email. Continued use of the MGW33 platform following such amendments constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

It is the member's responsibility to review the Terms and Conditions periodically to ensure they are always on the latest version. If you disagree with any amendment, you have the right to close your account without penalty.
